NACHO ARRIZABALAGA

Nacho is an Operations and IT executive with experience implementing business and IT strategies. He has been assisting companies execute their own business and IT transformation journeys. Nacho partners with executive teams and their business execution leaders to improve their milestone deliveries, simplify their business and IT, and set them up for measurable operational and market success.

As Transformation Advisor, Nacho offers practical help implementing and facilitating different approaches to navigating the always-challenging strategy execution and transformation programs. His approach is to increase collaborative work between clients’ relevant internal areas and their key external partners to achieve impactful results by better aligning and complementing each other. His transformation toolbox has been successfully used by diverse clients in several industries.

Nacho has 20 years of international experience in several EU telecoms (Vodafone, Telenor, Telecable), and prior work in services (facilities management) as well as manufacturing industries in the US (textile, paper & cartonboard). He is based in Denmark, graduated with a degree in Economics, and later obtained his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management in the USA.
