# VALERIO  LOMBARDO

Valerio is a finance executive with experience in Clean Tech or Renewable Energy, Energy Storage and Solar PV. Work closely with executive teams and investors to grow businesses, establishing innovative commercial structures, diligent M&A processes, risk and governance discipline, and transparent financial reporting. Partner with developers, sales, engineers, construction, services achieving high ROI and gross margin.

As Finance Advisor, Valerio can establish risk-based approval process for new deals; lead due diligence processes on ES and SW companies; integrate operations, financials, and workforces during Mergers and Acquisitions; lead all finance and accounting activities in development, construction, services, and SW SaaS; manage large RFP responses and financial models.
