David Valls serves as the Founding Partner of Vision 3R, a consultancy specializing in the transformation of organizations. The goal is to maximize their potential through the refinement of professionals, culture, and products.

With over 15 years of experience as a Telecommunications engineer in a prominent technology corporation, David identified the pivotal role of interpersonal dynamics for a company's success.

Over the past 12 years, he has delved into the realm of human technology to decode the success of leading teams and individuals. Now, he provides specific, actionable, and step-by-step consulting processes to facilitate a healthy transformation for both employees and the organization as a whole.

David, a Senior ICF-PCC Coach with over 2,500 hours of coaching and a systemic Facilitator, holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering and a BSc in Telecommunications Engineering. He has spearheaded change and organizational development processes in companies such as Cellnex Telecom, Boehringer Ingelheim, Grifols, Simon Electric, among others.
