The name Beam holds a profound dual meaning for us. Firstly, it pays homage to the founder´s father, a dedicated sales agent in the lighting and small electrical equipment industry in Catalonia. His influence, though indirect, shaped the founder's early exposure to the world of lighting. This influence became evident with Citèlum, now Edison Next, a global leader in streetlighting and smart city operations. This experience played a pivotal role in shaping the understanding of operations, maintenance, and the financial intricacies of the industry.

A CAREER-LONG COMMITMENT FOR GROWTH

Our Team's unwavering focus has been on fostering Growth in companies and ventures, specifically in business development, finance, sales, and operations. The principles of attention to detail, data-driven decision-making, and embracing the LEAN methodology have been instrumental in solidifying growth in every organization the team has led. These principles are at the core of what we stand for at GrowthBeam and will be applied in all our engagements.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP BEYOND INDUSTRY

Despite its seemingly unrelated nature, the founder's venture into co-founding a restaurant in Barcelona, currently holding two Michelin stars, underscores the team's  instinct for identifying growth and delivering projects with a touch of sophistication and good taste. Our team of partners and senior advisors are core entrepreneurs themselves, having ventured into entrepreneurship and successfully launched several ventures, bringing invaluable firsthand experience and a unique perspective to each project.

From managing municipality lighting to contributing to the construction of utility-scale solar PV plants with Sunedison capturing solar radiation, landing into navigating the technology disruption in the lighting industry with Signify introducing As-A-Service business models.
